Creekside Animal Clinic continually strives to provide the highest level of care and service to our clients and their beloved pets. When our patients need to see a veterinarian, we make every effort to schedule them as soon as possible, especially when they are unwell. Recently, this has become more challenging due to an increased number of appointment no-shows.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, things happen that are beyond our control. However, we want to emphasize that no-shows can be a significant inconvenience, not just for us, but also for other pet owners who are in need of our services.
Beginning May 1, 2024, we are instituting a policy regarding appointment no-shows:
Appointments
Clients who no-show more than one appointment will be required to provide a deposit prior to future appointments.
$18 deposit for appointments with vet assistants (Example: nail trim appointment)
$50 deposit for appointments with a veterinarian
This deposit will be applied to the cost of the visit. Clients who no-show or cancel appointments with less than 24-hour notice will forfeit their deposit.
Surgeries
Clients who no-show one surgery appointment will be required to provide a $100 deposit prior to rebooking the procedure, as our surgery schedule is particularly limited. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the visit. Clients who no-show or cancel the surgery appointment with less than 24-hour notice will forfeit their deposit.
